Return & Cancellation Policies
Original Art policies
All original art sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or returns, or offer exchanges.
Art Print Policies
Cancellation Policy: Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not been printed yet.
Exchange & Return Policy: All Art Print sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for returns. Exchanges are possible within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for prints in undamaged condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange, and will be required to pay any difference in price.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Policy
Any artwork damaged during shipping must be reported within 3 days of delivery. When reporting damage, the buyer will be asked to provide the order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in.
Prints: Damaged, lost, or stolen prints will be replaced. We cannot offer refunds.
Original artwork: All original artwork is insured. A claim will be filed with the carrier for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. For lost packages, we are unable to process refunds until the packages have been stuck in transit for the time frame specified by the carrier to file a claim.
